Most of the meat portions are vacuum packed by our automatic deep vacuuming machine. By strong and deep vacuuming (till 2mb) and the powerful sealing of the packing edges, the durability can become extended enormously (up to 30days after packing). 

The machine itself forms the packing cases or bags. As a result of this, expensive waste of packing materials is prevented. 

By a skin-pack-function on the machine, blood dripping is prevented, the meat stays longer juicy, and the maturation in the packing is improved for optimum flesh-tenderness.
