Employee training
Every employee gets at the commencement of employment a simple and practical HACCP training and also gets updated on some crucial hygiene rules.




Traceability

Internal as external traceability is obligated since 2002 regulated according to Belgian royal decree, based on European regulations

To achieve this, Dekeyzer-Ossaer is using an own developed software package, which is generating batch numbers in every step of production

On the end package you will find a batch number and in some cases even a farm code, so that at a possible recall or return products or batches can be separated in a simple manner. 

Carefully save the batch number on your products till complete consumption. You'll find this batch number also on your delivery documents.




Product analyses

Raw materials and finished goods are checked bacteriological as for salmonella- or listeria in a reliable lab "Lavetan" on  a weekly base.






Cleaning plan

Our own cleaning team maintains all company rooms, machines, vehicles according to a presented maintenance plan.

Here is distinguished: daily, weekly, monthly or periodic cleaning and decontaminations.

The quality manager gets a better insight in the hygiene efficiency by taking our own SWAPS and using Rodac-patches and also by showing the results in charts.




Insect and vermin extinguishing

Several bait that has been placed in and around the company are checked on a monthly base so we can take action where needed.

Only extinguishers approved by the food industry are used (with FAVV technical datasheets).




Glass and metal preventing procedure

The presence or absence of foreign parts are carefully written down in a log file.

Metal detectors are tracing metal particles so that these products are removed automatically from the packing lines.




Maintenance and repair

The M&R-responsible organizes, arranges and checks all maintenance and repair work for machine and car park. Hereby is the continuity and reliability for the company process and the optimum client service fully guaranteed.




Complaint handling

Our quality service attaches a lot importance to customer observations. By further follow up it is possible to trace invisible or human error,  whereby an optimum product satisfaction is composed. 

Sent satisfaction forms will be an instructive tool for our quality service for gaining as well as service- as product- information directly with our clients.




Auditing

Several audits from several agencies are regularly carried out in our company:
   -Once a semester FAVV audit: organized by the PCE unit West-Flanders
   -HACCP-audit by independent audit office "Quality consulting"
   -Several company visits from new or active customers: get here a company visit form.
